All shipping is via Ground unless specified otherwise. Photos framed are available for local pickup and unframed photos can be shipped worldwide. If Artwork is to be shipped, buyer must provide name, address, contact name, and phone number. We also need to know if shipping address is business or residential. Cost of shipping is determined by location of buyer unless specified. All items being picked up on location must have made arrangements. TX residence please add 8.25% sales tax. If you are tax exempt we will need a Texas Tax Exemption form filled out complete with TAX ID NUMBER. If payment is made but the item or items are not picked up with in thirty days, you will forfeit payment and items. Any payments made by cashiers check or money order will have 15 day holdover on shipping until payment clears. If you need to make special shipping arrangements, please e-mail us.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT RECEIVED: In the event that your shipment arrives with damage due to shipping, you must contact the shipping company within 14 days of delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please email us at info@impressionsofearth.com to arrange a cancellation. While we will attempt to halt the processing of your order, orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Customized orders cannot be cancelled.
